Careers Guidance

Careers counselling is based on teamwork. The Year Tutors, subject teachers, guidance counsellor, parents and students work together to ensure that students have all the information and advice they require in order to arrive at decisions which suit their capacities and career aspirations. The guidance service is aimed at further education within the school and higher or vocational education outside the school. It is no longer realistic to expect school-leaving students to find employment without further and higher education or training. A careers counselling service is available to all students.

Some of our students are opting for a gap year after obtaining their IB diplomas. Click here and find out if a gap year is something for you.

The careers guidance office is capable and experienced in guiding students into most colleges and universities world-wide. Various students have gained admission to top universities in Japan, the United Kingdom (Oxford and Cambridge University) and the United States of America (Harvard and Columbia Universities).
